How to turn website visitors into leads
If people browse and leave, the site did not fail at design first. It failed at saying what to do next in a way a busy owner will actually do.
Leads
How to turn website visitors into leadsTraffic without a message is a brochure. In this market the message is usually WhatsApp, sometimes a short form, rarely a long application. The site’s job is to make that step feel obvious, not clever.
One action per page
Home can offer a call or WhatsApp. A service page should not also push a newsletter, a PDF, and a chatbot. Competing CTAs are how nothing gets tapped. A campaign URL can be stricter: that is a landing page.
Put the next step where the thumb is
A floating bar is fine if it does not cover the sentence people came to read. The number must be the real business number. A form that asks for a novel before WhatsApp will sit empty. POWER SHIFT’s own site takes briefs to WhatsApp after a short wizard — because that is where the conversation already lives.
Write the reason to contact
“Submit” is not a reason. “Send the sizes you need” or “Ask about wholesale packing” is. Service pages should end with the same honesty as the rest of the site: who it is for, and what you need from them to reply.
Do not fake proof
Popup testimonials you cannot stand behind train people to ignore you. Show work, a city, a way to reach a human. If Facebook already converts, the site should repeat that path, not invent a funnel from a US blog post. See how the site sits behind the page.
Measure something small
Count messages that mention the site, or form starts, if you have them. Do not install a dashboard you will not open. If nobody contacts you and you have traffic, read the page on a phone and try to enquire in under fifteen seconds. If you cannot, neither can they.
When the path is clear and the pages still cannot hold the company, the build is the constraint — a site meant to take enquiries, not a theme with a plugin button.
